What is the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
How do I care for Catalina Cloth garments?
Our signature Catalina Cloth is designed for easy care. We recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry to maintain the fabric's shape and vibrant color.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, J.McLaughlin ships to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time.
Can I return an online order to a local boutique?
Yes, online orders can be returned to any J.McLaughlin retail location. Please bring your original packing slip or order confirmation email to facilitate the process.
